A familial moroccan cuisine
With its Roman heritage and Mediterranean culture, Moroccan cuisine is rightly renowned the world over. It offers a wide variety of dishes with a thousand and one flavours. Zaalouks, briouates, salads, grills, pastillas, tajines and couscous vary according to region and spice.
Just like the Riad, we offer traditional, family-style cuisine.
Everything here is home-made. Hiba, our cook, works from day to day, using only fresh, seasonal produces from the market.





Breakfast
Breakfast is a moment to look forward to and savour to the full: coffee, tea, freshly squeezed orange juice, seasonal fruit, msemmens, crêpes, fresh bread, brioche, cakes.... Hiba changes its recipes daily.
It is served on the terrace, so you can enjoy the good weather and the view. And exceptionally, when the weather is less clement, on the patio and in the lounge.
Breakfast is included in the room rate.
Dinner
Hiba invites you to sample the flavours of the Orient with a table d'hôte menu. She has mastered the specialities of the hinterland based on chicken, beef or lamb. As well as couscous and vegetarian dishes. But she is particularly keen to introduce you to the town's fish-based specialities. Don't forget to book at least 48 hours in advance, as all our dishes are homemade, according to our daily market finds and inspirations! Single menu for all guests: starter + main course + dessert - Adult price: 180 Mad (about 197euros) - Children under 12: 100 Mad (about 10 euros)
